I am married to my wonderful husband and we have two beautiful daughters. I have become a mommy on a mad fitness mission. What this means is that I am on a mission to get my family started on a healthier path. I plan on doing this by focusing on the importance of fitness and healthy eating. How can I expect my daughters to eat healthy and stay active if I am not?

No more excuses
No more excuses for this momma! I will be fitting in some form of exercise into my daily routine. It will be as simple as a 30 minute walk to a full hour of high intensity interval training (HIIT). I will not lose the weight and get fit if I don't do this!
Today I took a BIG step in committing to my fitness mission, I started my own Facebook page. I put my goals/desires/hopes/wishes out there for EVERYONE to see and read about. Now there is no turning back, even if I wanted to (I don't). Now, I hope to help others in their journey as well. Who wants to hold themselves accountable with me?
