I am married to my wonderful husband and we have two beautiful daughters. I have become a mommy on a mad fitness mission. What this means is that I am on a mission to get my family started on a healthier path. I plan on doing this by focusing on the importance of fitness and healthy eating. How can I expect my daughters to eat healthy and stay active if I am not?

I wasn't feeling very well today so that led to a downer type day. The good news is that I stopped myself from feeling too down and going to the cupboard to eat anything and everything in site. The I decided that I needed a little bit of motivation, so I watched the Beachbody Challenge video (link above) to give me some inspiration in my upcoming challenge.
It is time for me to take care of me. Now, I am super excited to start my next Beachbody Challenge on July 9th! I will take before and after pictures so that I can post the results. I plan on blogging daily about what workout I did, what I ate, how I felt and hopefully I can inspire others to take control of their health along with me!
